FOR QUICKBOOKS ONLINE ACCOUNTANT CUSTOMERS WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE 3 QUICKBOOKS ONLINE PLUS FOR $45 BUNDLE SUBSCRIPTION OFFER - EXPIRES JANUARY 31, 2021

Eligibility: This offer is eligible to accounting firms who register or have registered for QuickBooks Online Accountant (“QBOA”) and use the Wholesale Discount option (firm is billed) for the QuickBooks Online Plus (“QBO”) subscription fees. To take advantage of this offer, you must call 1-855-348-9670 between 9AM and 7PM EST. The Wholesale Discount invoice option (firm is billed) means that the QBOA user agrees to pay for the QBO subscription fees (“Wholesale Billing”). The QBO subscription must be registered to a new QBO customer. Offer valid only in Canada.

Pricing: Eligible QBOA customers from November 1, 2021 through January 31, 2022 will be entitled to the monthly promotional price of three (3) QBO Plus subscriptions for a total of $45 (“Bundle Offer”) for the first 6 months of the service, starting on the date of enrollment (QBOA Customer will be billed each month at $15 per subscription, which is a total of $45 per month for the first 6 consecutive months), followed by the then-current Wholesale Billing list price of the service. All 3 subscriptions must be purchased at the same time. Offer expires January 31, 2022. List price subject to change at any time at Intuit’s sole discretion. All prices are quoted without sales tax. If you add or remove services, your service fees will be adjusted accordingly. Company is eligible to purchase additional bundles if all prior subscription bundles have a 100% activation rate, to a maximum of 100% of its business client base.

Offer Terms: Discounted pricing is valid for the first 6 months of the subscription. The discount is valid only for the QBOA customer that registered the QBO subscription and cannot be transferred to another client, individual or company. Offer requires active subscriptions for the entire duration of the 6-month period and only available for QuickBooks Online Plus. Offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Billing: The QBOA customer's account will automatically be charged on a monthly basis. The first bill date will be on the date of enrollment unless the QBOA customer already has other QuickBooks subscriptions through Wholesale Billing, in which case the charge will be deferred to the next existing bill date at a prorated rate for all active subscriptions, including those added at the discount price for 6 months. Following the 6-month period, your account for each subscription will automatically be charged on a monthly basis at the then-current Wholesale Billing list price until the billing for subscription is transferred to the QBO Plus client or the subscription is terminated. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card or bank account tied to your account.

Cancellation: Intuit reserves the right to terminate the stated discount for the remaining subscriptions if any part of the bundle is cancelled within the first 6-months, starting at purchase date. You may remove subscriptions from your Wholesale Billing at any time. Transfer of the billing for the subscription to your QBO Plus client will become effective immediately and where the QBO Plus client will then be responsible for continuing their subscription at the then-current list price. You will receive a prorated refund on the next bill date. Transfer of the billing for the subscription will not terminate the QBOA customer’s user rights. QuickBooks Online Plus requires a persistent internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended) and a computer with a supported Internet browser or a mobile phone with a supported operating system (see System Requirements).
