Q: How do I download a QuickBooks trial?
A:
Just follow these simple steps:

1.  After completing your purchase, click the Download Now link on the Thank You page. This will take you to your My Downloads page. You can download immediately or return to this page to download later.
2.  Save the download file to your computer (we recommend saving it to the desktop).
3.  When the download is finished, double-click the QuickBooks trial icon on your computer to install.
4.  When prompted by the installer, enter the source and offer codes that we provide on the Thank You page and in the Confirmation Email.
5.  To free-up disk space, drag the QuickBooks trial download file from your computer to the recycle bin and delete it.

Q: What if I need to stop the download or the transfer is interrupted?

You can stop the download at any time. Visit your My Downloads page to resume the download from where you left off — you don't have to start from the beginning. We ask you to set-up an account during checkout to enable this capability.

Q: Does a downloadable trial contain the same content as the CD-ROM trial?
A:
Yes. When you download a trial, you get exactly the same experience that comes on the CD-ROM trial. You just get it sooner! The QuickBooks Current Users Trial and QuickBooks Mac Trial are only available via download.

Q: Can I convert a trial download into a full product?
A:
Yes. You can convert most QuickBooks trials into full QuickBooks products — the trial contains instructions on how to do this. You do not need to re-download, reinstall, or transfer any data — everything you need is already on your computer after you install the trial. (QuickBooks Mac Trial and QuickBooks Customer Manager Trial do not unlock.).
