Very Efficient Payroll Service

"We are a growing construction company with limited time for processing payroll. In the past we had used large payroll processing companies to cut our payroll checks, file payroll tax forms, etc. The service of these large companies left something to be desired and we were routinely contacted by government agencies that indicated forms were not filed properly or payments had not been made on time. This resulted in a large amount of our own time that needed to be devoted to correcting these issues. Since signing up for Intuit's 'Assisted Payroll' we have greatly reduced the amount of time it takes to generate payroll. All forms and taxes have been paid on time and have been accurate. The payroll features in Quickbooks are highly intuitive and thus we have not had many questions to ask, though on occasion we may have a specific question about a feature or general question about payroll. I have found the customer service from Intuit to be exceptional; they are always quick to respond with accurate answers to all of our questions. On the rare occasion that they did not immediately have an answer, they said that they would get back to us by the end of the day, which they did. I really like this service and would recommend this to everyone."

"I no longer have to worry about filing Federal and State withholding taxes. I no longer have to worry about filing dates. QuickBooks Payroll service does everything but print the actual paychecks."

"The payroll function is great. The only problem is every few years they make one update to the latest version of QuickBooks (someyhing they used to give us for free). Every time we update, our system slows down with the newer version. However, the payroll part could not be better."

"I started my own company 3 yrs. ago. I am NOT a numbers person...I am now a Quickbooks payroll expert. Their conversion team was the BEST. They did it all. There is no problem too big or company too small. They do not hang up with you until the problem is completely resolved and you understand everything. Their follow up is amazing. This has added some sophistication to my business...I am able to send my CPA's all the tax info they need and it saves me money. I have all the information I need at my fingertips and a whole team of experts to help if I have questions or problems. I have saved thousands in not using a payroll service, plus, I have control over the entire thing as far as scheduling and policies. This has enhanced my business greatly by allowing me to focus on running my business and spending less time with payroll. I recommend this to anyone who wants to save time and money."
