Buy & Install
Buy the QuickBooks 2010 version of your choice. The QuickBooks Installation Wizard will then guide you through the process.
Find the QuickBooks Icon
Double-click the QuickBooks icon on your desktop.
Click on the Existing Company File Icon
You will be prompted to back up and update your existing company file.
Use
Now you are ready to use your QuickBooks 2010! Visit the QuickBooks Learning Center from within QuickBooks for easy-to-follow tutorials. To access the QuickBooks Learning Center, go to the "Help" Menu and click on "Learning Center Tutorials".
