If you buy directly from Intuit through this site, mail, or by phone, and are not 100% satisfied for any reason, simply call customer service within 60 days of purchase at 1-800-446-8848 to request a refund. Purchases made at retail stores must be returned to the store.
CD Orders
You are not required to physically return the CD to Intuit in order to obtain a refund of your purchase price, simply provide the phone agent with the product license number located on the CD cover.
