E-mail Reminders. You can schedule e-mail reminders to notify you when you are approaching your credit limit or if an employee exceeds a certain dollar limit charged to his or her credit card. Greater Transaction Detail. Receive line-item breakdowns (from participating merchants) for each transaction. For example, if you go to an office supply store and purchase multiple items with your QuickBooks Platinum Plus for Business MasterCard, the merchant may provide you with a listing of each item you purchased. Employee Misuse Insurance. The MasterCoverage Program provides your organization with the security and control your program requires. The liability waiver applies when you terminate an employee for misuse of the MasterCard with which you have entrusted him or her. Most new purchases are covered against theft of damage for a full 90 days from the date of purchase. Remember to keep receipts for items you buy with your card.
