1 Covers an unlimited number of incidents in the areas of installation, upgrade assistance, basic QuickBooks Customer Manager functionality, and integration with QuickBooks financial software. Intuit reserves the right to limit each telephone call to one hour and to limit each contact to one incident.
 
2 Excludes occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance, company events, observed U.S. holidays, and events beyond our control.
 
3 Guaranteed response time available for calls received Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Pacific Time, except for occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance, company events, observed U.S. holidays and events beyond our control. Intuit will credit the member's account with a $40 service credit good towards the renewal of the existing Plan if Intuit fails to meet the applicable response time parameter for eligible Plan members. Service credits expire 30 days after the existing Plan's expiration date. Service level guarantees and service credits are not available for Plans billed on a monthly basis.
