After the first 30 days, the Monthly Support Plan subscription is renewed automatically for another 30 days and Intuit will automatically continue to charge your account on file every 30 days until you cancel with a minimum of 5 days notice prior to the next billing date. 3 QuickBooks Online Backup Service offer requires Internet access and active subscription to a QuickBooks Annual or Monthly Support Plan. Not available to QuickBooks for Mac users. Additional space is available for a fee. $49.95 value based on a 12-month plan.
4 Data Recovery Service coverage begins 15 business days after the date of Plan enrollment. Only new data recovery issues that arise after Plan enrollment are covered. Coverage is free for standard turnaround service only. Fees apply for expedited service.
5 Support hours exclude occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance, company events, observed U.S. holidays and events beyond our control. Internet access required. Customers must submit questions online in order to talk to a support representative. Intuit reserves the right to limit each contact to one hour and one question or issue ('incident'). An incident is defined as (a) a single issue or problem that a Plan member asks a support representative to analyze or resolve; (b) a product usage question that involves a single topic on a drop-down menu or one QuickBooks report, or (c) a single question on a specific point of sale or bookkeeping topic. A support representative will determine how many incidents will be handled during the course of the contact. Support is limited to QuickBooks installation and functionality as described in product documentation. Support terms, conditions and hours are subject to change without notice.
6 A Learning QuickBooks training CD is available with the Annual Support Plan only. Must be redeemed within 60 days of plan purchase by requesting one of the following using the business reply card included in your Annual Support Plan Welcome mailer received after purchase: Learning QuickBooks for Windows (for Pro and Premier users), Learning QuickBooks for Mac, or Learning Accounting Essentials for Simple Start users.
7 McGraw-Hill eBook PDF file available for download by active Support Plan members through December 31, 2011. QuickBooks information is included for QuickBooks Pro and Premier only; QuickBooks for Mac and Simple Start not covered. Adobe Acrobat Reader required.
