2 2 Hours exclude occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance, company events, observed U.S. holidays and events beyond our control. Internet access required. You must complete the online contact form at www.quickbooks.com/contactsupport in order to talk to a support representative.
3 Intuit reserves the right to limit each telephone call to one hour and each contact to one question or issue ('incident'). An incident is defined as (a) a single issue or problem that a Plan member asks a support representative to analyze or resolve; (b) a product usage question that involves a single topic on a drop-down menu or one QuickBooks report, or (c) a single question on a specific point of sale or bookkeeping topic. The support representative will determine how many incidents will be handled during the course of the telephone contact. Support is limited to QuickBooks installation and functionality as described in product documentation.
4 Learning QuickBooks training CD available with Annual Plan only and must be redeemed within 60 days of plan purchase by requesting one of the following using the business reply card included in your Welcome mailer to be received after purchase: Learning QuickBooks for Windows (for Pro and Premier users), Learning QuickBooks for Mac, or Learning Accounting Essentials for Simple Start users

7 Data recovery services: Coverage effective 15 business days after the date of Plan purchase. Only new data recovery issues that arise after the time of Plan purchase are covered by the Plan. Coverage includes standard turnaround service only.
