From the date of signup, your credit card account will be automatically charged the annual rate every year, until you cancel. Each year at the beginning of your subscription renewal period, we will authorize your card to ensure prompt order processing, resulting in a temporary hold on your account. This subscription has a 60 day money back guarantee. After the 60 day period has expired if you cancel you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. You will only receive a full refund for your subscription if you cancel by calling 1-800-450-8475 within 60 days from signup. You will be required to present a valid credit card account for authorization before starting the free trial. After the first 30 days, your paid subscription will be activated and your account will be charged each month at the then current monthly fee for the service level you have selected, if and until you cancel. What restrictions/limitations apply to support (e.g., length, number of issues, etc). We will talk to them for unlimited period of time and they can call as much as they want. The only limitation is that we are not there during some downtimes.
3 Data Recovery Service: Coverage begins 15 business days after the date of Plan. Only new data recovery issues that arise after Plan enrollment are covered. Coverage is free for standard turnaround service only. Fees apply for expedited subscription.
