A: That will depend on the size of your QuickBooks company file and the number and size of any other files you want to back up. To determine the size of your QuickBooks company file, open the file in QuickBooks and press F2.
The 5 GB storage plan will allow you room to backup your company file (most QuickBooks company files are under 1 GB) and many other key documents or files.
The 25 GB and 75 GB Storage plans provide you with more storage to back up your entire PC, including all the documents that are important to you and your business (in most cases).
Note: QuickBooks Online Backup Service will not automatically backup media files such as MP3s, or MPG movie files.
