Once you have successfully completed certification, you can print out a certificate of completion. There are currently no other printed materials.
QuickBooks Certified User program is designed for QuickBooks Pro, Premier and Enterprise Solutions.
The certification training and exams take approximately 10-12 hours to complete. This may vary by individual.
You have 90 days from your date of purchase to successfully complete certification. You will receive email reminders from QuickBooks to notify you when you have 60 days left and again when you have 30 days left. You will receive a final email reminder when you have two weeks left to complete certification.

Once you have successfully completed all three certification exams with a passing score of at least 80%, you will see a "print certificate" icon in the courses completed section of the Learn Center. Please note, you will not see the print certificate icon until you have successfully completed the certification exams.

Log into Intuit's Learn Center at https://learn.intuit.com/quickbooks Your account information is available on the Update Profile page. Click the Update Profile link located to the left of the main Learn Center page. To update your information, type the new information in the appropriate box, review it, and then click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

Unless you are an experienced QuickBooks user and have deep knowledge of all the areas covered in the "Topics & Exams" section, we recommend that you purchase the training plus exam option.
