A: You need a high-speed internet connection on the computer which QuickBooks will be installed/accessed and a telephone. You also need QuickBooks Simple Start, Pro, Mac, QuickBooks Online, or any version of Premier (sold separately).
A: Yes. QuickBooks for Mac users are encouraged to sign up for Set-up & Training Services. We have many experts available to work with QuickBooks for Mac users.
A: Yes. QuickBooks Online Edition users are encouraged to sign up for Set-up & Training Services. We have many experts available to work with QuickBooks for Mac users.
A: This depends on several factors, including the service you purchased, your availability, the complexity of your business, and your ability to provide the information needed to set up QuickBooks correctly. In most cases, your setup will be completed in a single meeting with your QuickBooks expert. Set-up & Training Services is designed to be completed on the same day that you meet with your advisor. If you purchased the three-hour service, you have an additional two weeks of email support with your advisor. If you have additional questions beyond the scope or time allocated to your setup service, you are encouraged to work with your advisor as part of a separate engagement, outside of the Setup & Training Services.
A:If you didn't download your software immediately, you should receive your QuickBooks software within 3 to 5 business days of your purchase. Please allow at least a week before scheduling your training to ensure you have your software in hand.
A: Your QuickBooks expert will help you select the version that is right for you. You may ask your QuickBooks Expert to help you download the software and install it during your training.
A: If, during your consultation with your certified QuickBooks expert, you agree that a different QuickBooks product is better suited to your business, you can choose to upgrade at that time. The cost of upgrading is the difference in list prices between QuickBooks Pro (or whichever QuickBooks product you purchased) and the QuickBooks product you need. For example, if you purchased QuickBooks Pro (list price $199.95) and want to upgrade to QuickBooks Premier (list price $399.95), the difference is $200. Your QuickBooks expert can assist you through this process.
A: Set-up & Training Services do not cover payroll, networking, complex data conversions, historical data entry, credit card processing setup or QuickBooks Point of Sale setup and training. For these services, you can discuss help from your expert as part of a separate engagement, outside of the Setup & Training Services.
A: At this time, Intuit Setup & Training Services for QuickBooks do not include networking support or setup for multi-user access. If you need those services, your expert may be able to help you or refer you to someone in your local area who can.
A: Setup & Training Service is conducted over the phone and online. Connecting with your advisor online is quick and easy. While on the phone, you and your expert can share your computer's desktop, so it's just like she or he is right there beside you. A:If you're not 100% satisfied for any reason with our Intuit Set-up & Training Services, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-480-0129 within 7 days from course completion and we'll refund you your training session fee. You must provide your order number from your order confirmation email and the name of the certified QuickBooks expert who conducted your training as proof of payment prior to us returning the fee.
