Immediately after purchasing Setup & Training Services, you will receive an order confirmation email with instructions on how to schedule a meeting time with your advisor. You can discuss with your advisor your priorities for your training session at that time.

Step 3 - Email Confirmation & Preparing for Training Session

After you select your desired time for the training session, you will receive a second email confirming your appointment and the name of your advisor. Also included in this email are helpful tips to help you prepare for your training session.

Step 4 - Get Started with QuickBooks

Getting Prepared: We recommend that you install QuickBooks prior to your training so you can focus your session on getting your company set-up in QuickBooks accurately and learning to use the software correctly.

The service is provided over the phone and online. If you choose, you may allow your expert to view your screen remotely (through a secure connection), which will enable your expert to see the same information you do to more easily help you customize and learn how to use QuickBooks.

The Training Session: Your advisor will contact you on the date and time you selected. You will begin by discussing your business goals and setting objectives for your training with your advisor so you can get the most out of your training session.

Many customers prefer to spend their training time learning how to use key features of the software that are important to managing and running their business. It's totally up to you.(Note, Set-up & Training Service does not include networking support or setup for multi-user access or set-up for Payroll Services)
