How will I receive the service?
  • 1 hour session with a certified QuickBooks expert, over the phone and online with a shared desktop.
  • 3 hours of training with a certified QuickBooks expert, over the phone and online with a shared desktop.
  • You may opt to receive your training in one or multiple sessions. You also get ongoing email support from your QuickBooks Expert for 2 weeks following your training.

  • Are new to QuickBooks and have little or no prior business accounting experience.
  • Are Upgrading to a new edition or new version of QuickBooks and want to get trained on new features and master other skills with the help of a Certified QuickBooks Expert.

  • Are looking for help getting set-up in QuickBooks and also want training on specific features and tasks that are important for running their business.

What happens after my training is completed?
  • After the First Steps Set-up & Training is completed, you can get additional support with QuickBooks or continue or extend your training. Simply talk to your advisor about the best options to meet your needs.
  • Please note that if you decide to continue working with your advisor after your training is completed, additional fees will apply based on your individual advisor's rate.
  • After the Express Set-up & Training is completed, you can get additional support with QuickBooks or continue or extend your training. Simply talk to your advisor about the best options to meet your needs.

What if I am not happy with my training?
  • If you're not 100% satisfied for any reason with our Intuit Set-up & Training Services, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-480-0129 within 7 days from course completion and we'll refund you your training session fee. You must provide your order number from your order confirmation email and the name of the certified QuickBooks expert who conducted your training as proof of payment prior to us returning the fee.
  • If you're not 100% satisfied for any reason with our Intuit Set-up & Training Services, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-480-0129 within 7 days from course completion and we'll refund you your training session fee. While on the phone you and your expert can share your computer's desktop, so it's just like they are right there beside you. * Setup & Training Services does not cover payroll, networking, complex data conversions, historical data entry, credit card processing setup, QuickBooks Point of Sale, Intuit Merchant Services. For these services, your expert may be able to assist you as part of a separate engagement, outside of QuickBooks Setup & Training Services.
