The QuickBooks Learning Guide introduces students to QuickBooks. The guide contains 15 lessons with step-by-step instructions and illustrations that make it easy to learn to use QuickBooks.

Instructor's Resource Guide: QuickBooks in the Classroom
QuickBooks in the Classroom has 15 lessons with step-by-step instructions and illustrations. QuickBooks in the Classroom combines instructor lectures with hands-on student participation. Each lesson includes a list of student objectives, handout materials and instructor preparation materials. This guide is only available for download from our Instructor's Resource Center, with the purchase of a QuickBooks Educational site license.

Q: Who qualifies for the Intuit Educational Program for QuickBooks?

A: Educational institutions that qualify include:

  • 1. Accredited public or private universities or colleges (including community, junior or vocational colleges) that grant degrees requiring not less than the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time study

  • 2. Administrative Offices or Boards of Education of Educational Institutions

  • 3. Government schools located in United States territories

  • 4. Named Educational Entities approved by Intuit, only if individual named entities

Individuals qualified for IEP include:

  • 1. Full or part time students enrolled at higher education institutions defined as accredited public or private universities or colleges (including community, junior or vocational colleges) that grant degrees requiring no less than the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time study

  • 2. Full or part time faculty and staff employed by accredited K-12 and higher education institutions

Q: What is the Instructor's Resource Center?

A: The Instructor's Resource Center is a online tool developed to give you the resources you need when teaching students about QuickBooks. These tools include the QuickBooks in the Classroom instructors guide, quizzes, classroom handouts, sample files and more. You may register for access to these resources at no charge, when you purchase a QuickBooks site license.
