When President Obama’s Affordable Care Act goes into effect on January 1, 2014, Americans will be required by law to have health insurance.

There are 8 months to go until open enrollment on the health exchanges begins in October, and your employees are probably starting to ask questions about what it means for them, whether they qualify, and what part you play.
