The Beach House has a reputation for creating a productive and professional atmosphere. Every guest we saw come through was greeted with a warm smile from the pleasant and helpful staff. That atmosphere and attention to detail also extends to their catering department. While speaking with Lisa Brady, Catering Manager, she expressed the importance of exceeding expectations and not delivering “hotel food” to customers. The Beach House also strives to be unique by using as many organic products in its kitchen as possible.
Among the lessons Brady said she had learned, we discussed how important it is for them to support other local businesses, that it’s key to promote from within, and how to run a business during a rollercoaster stretch in the economy.
We also had the opportunity to meet with Dana Dahl, General Manager, and ask her some questions about the business.
