Meet Sharon one of your local customer care gurus!

As we round out Customer Service Week, we wanted to introduce you our customers to one of our awesome care team members, Sharon!

If you’ve called, emailed, Tweeted or Facebooked the Aussie team, chances are that in some way or another Sharon had something to do with ensuring your query was responded to!

Q: How long have you been with Intuit?
A: It will be 12 months next month I can’t believe how fast the last year has gone. Time flies when you’re having fun!

Q: What were you doing before?
A: In my previous life, I worked as a freelance bookkeeper and then as a bookkeeper, assistant accountant and payroll administrator for a manufacturing firm.

Q: What’s your favourite thing about working in customer service?
A: The People. I love the team  I work with and our great customers including the ProAdvisors! Every day is different but the people I get to speak to every day are what makes coming to work fun.

Q: What are some of the challenges you face?
A: Care in its nature can be challenging as we tend to hear from people when things go wrong. But we are very fortunate to be backed by a great company who listens to us and to customers. The care team and Intuit more widely are always striving to delight and find the opportunities to exceed expectations and challenges are usually where it all starts!

Q: What’s one thing people might not know about the life of a customer care queen?
A: In the words of Michael Jordan, “Talent wins games but teamwork and intelligence wins championships”. We are all customer care rockstars because we work as a team.
