Intuit is always evolving to keep pace with the needs of our customers and their growing businesses.
Over the past decade, QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets) has delivered innovative solutions that help small businesses to effectively schedule team members, capture and bill time. As we look to continue to innovate and add additional functionality into QuickBooks Time , price increases are sometimes necessary.
What’s changing?
A small number of customers still on annual subscriptions will be moved to monthly subscriptions so they align with the rest of the QuickBooks Time customer base.
Starting in late August 2021, any of your clients who are not yet on the new QuickBooks Time lineup (Premium or Elite) will be notified of their upcoming move to the new plan. Their subscription will increase to the current list price per month for their plan. These updates will take effect on or after their billing date from September 2021.
When will clients be notified?
All of your existing clients who are billed directly by Intuit will be notified of these pricing and feature updates in the coming weeks of August 2021, at least 30 days in advance of their billing change. They may upgrade, manage, or cancel their subscription at any time by visiting Account and Settings and selecting Subscriptions and billing in their QuickBooks Time account.
Is the current offering changing other than price structure?
QuickBooks Time Premium now includes employee scheduling at no additional charge. We’ve also listened to our customer feedback, so we’re including one free admin with the monthly base fee.
We’re also offering new functionality that enables your clients the option to upgrade to the new QuickBooks Time Elite, which includes everything in Premium plus project tracking tools, geofencing, mileage tracking and timesheet signatures. See plans and pricing for plan options.
Is there an annual billing option?
QuickBooks Time no longer offers an annual pre-paid billing option. All QuickBooks Time customers will be on a monthly billing plan. We will notify any current customers, who are on an annual, pre-paid billing plan, of the plan’s discontinuation approximately 60 days before their expected renewal date. See plans and pricing for current pricing and plan options.
