Intuit’s acquisition of ChronoBooks offers enhanced productivity with QuickBooks Online Advanced

Intuit® is taking the next step in making QuickBooks® Online the premier solution for small- and mid-size businesses (SMBs) by acquiring ChronoBooks, a cloud-based solution that accountants and SMBs rely on to view and restore historical QuickBooks Online activity. In the near future, each QuickBooks Online Advanced plan will include ChronoBooks at no additional charge.

QuickBooks Online Advanced launched in 2018 to provide an advantage to high growth, complex businesses, filling a gap not yet met in the market. Advanced has since added features for to delight these growing small businesses with the successful launch of enhanced custom fields, batch transactions, workflow hub, and custom roles. The addition of ChronoBooks enhances this feature set with the ability to restore past changes of QuickBooks Online Advanced, a highly requested feature among Advanced users.

Already integrated with QuickBooks Online, ChronoBooks is one of the most popular apps available for backup and restore functionality; the app has a five-star rating.
