Dashboard
The Dashboard is now the first thing you see when you sign in to the QuickBooks app. It summarizes everything important to you: how profitable you are, the status of your invoices, where you’re spending the most money and how much you have left.
The Dashboard shows you:
- Profit and Loss, and the expected result of any bank transactions awaiting review
- Last 30 days of expenses by category
- How many invoices are open and which ones are overdue
- Your latest account balances
Get to Know Your Dashboard
The Dashboard keeps up with your business to personalize insights and actions you can take. Each card provides a quick summary that you can drill down into for more details.
Add Bank and Credit Card Feeds
You can now connect to your bank accounts from the main menu > Banking.
Payment Support for Smart Chip Readers
EMV cards use smart chips, which encrypt data for every sale, making card transactions more secure. You can accept payments from customers using a chip enabled credit card right from your QuickBooks or GoPayment app with an EMV reader.
Switching to an EMV reader may help reduce your liability for costs associated with certain types of credit card fraud. If your customers use a chip enabled card and you do not have an EMV reader, you may be liable for certain costs from counterfeit or stolen cards during card present transactions.
