Want to Get Paid Faster? Try Mobile E-invoicing

Let’s face it: cash flow is everything to a business of any size, especially one that depends on fluidity to cover overhead and expenses. As much as you’d like to think your vendors and customers will pay on time, there will always be some that either won’t pay attention to your QuickBooks® Online invoice due dates or may ignore your invoices altogether.

One solution for this is to enable mobile e-invoicing. John Shapiro, director of Product Management with Payments at Intuit®, recently wrote an article, “The Future of Getting Paid,” for B2B E-Commerce World. In the article, he discusses the advantages of internet-based invoicing and the implied urgency associated with mobile processes.

Are you using mobile invoicing in your business? If so, tell us how you’re using it and we’ll run your responses in a future article.
