Instagram is an image-focused social media platform that allows businesses to reach the millions of users on the platform through sponsored ads. To create a sponsored ad on Instagram, take the following steps:

  1. Log in to Facebook and access the Facebook page of your business. If your business doesn’t already have a Facebook page, create one in Facebook.

  2. In the setting of your business Facebook page, click Instagram Ads in the left sidebar and add your Instagram account.

  3. Click on Create Ads.

  4. Choose an objective for your ad and click Continue.

  5. Enter a campaign name, specify your target audience, budget and duration of the ad.

  6. In the Creative section, select your business Facebook page and choose an Instagram account in the Instagram Account section.

  7. Make sure that a check mark appears Instagram under Ad Preview.

  8. Click Place Order to create the ad.
