Your brick and mortar business needs online reviews in the digital age. Here are some tips to get customers to review your business online.
- Get in touch with customers after a making a sale. You could follow up by sending an email asking customers how they like their products or services. If they’re happy with your business, ask them to write a review for you to post on your business website.
- Check your social media profiles regularly. Even if you’re busying serving customers, check your Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or LinkedIn accounts daily, and engage with customers who leave comments.
