In business, this is critical for success, mainly in terms of dealing with clients and developing employees.Social skills focus on the development of interpersonal skills, such as influence, communication, conflict management, collaboration, and teamwork. While EQ covers a lot of topics, one thing is certain: the more you learn about it the more prepared you will be in various business situations.
