Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'd be glad to assist you with your concern about downgrading your QuickBooks account.

 

You have the option to downgrade your subscription within your QuickBooks account.

 

Here are the steps:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Account and Settings.
  4. Go to Billing & Subscription.
  5. Select Downgrade next your subscription plan details (if you don't see the option, select the Cancel button to downgrade).

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Contact us.
