Join nowI cannot use the help feature in my Quickbooks desktop 2015. I keep getting an error message. I went into the update screen and it says error 15420 cannot connect to internet. Everything else is connected but that, and I really need to use that feature for certain aspects of Quickbooks immediately.
1. You are using a sunsetted version of quickbooks which no longer supports connecting for help fo one thing. But even if it did all it would do is populate the help with articles and q&a from the community.
2. So open Chrome browser and start typing what you need help on. Google is a better finder of qb help than the community search
I cannot access the Help feature in QuickBooks desktop ProPlus 19. When I click on Help, a blank screen appears. One QB rep told me QB 2019 had to be reloaded. Another QB rep told me it was a problem in the system, and they were working on correcting it (this was approximately three weeks ago). Currently waiting on hold for one hour to speak to another QB rep.
