Lisences

If a user has two quickbooks companies open on his/her computer, does that count as two lisences in use?

I can see this is your first question, so let me welcome you to the QuickBooks family. I’m here to address your concern about QuickBooks license.


The information mentioned above determines the number of individuals who can use the software. If you are not using the company files simultaneously, it will only be counted as one license. If this isn’t the case, it will be calculated as two.
