My bank account logins got old and on another account bank accounts disappeared and won't reconnect. Is there reason why?

I'm here to ensure your bank account is linked to QuickBooks Online.

 

Changing your bank account login credentials helps reconnect your bank in QuickBooks. Just make sure to change the information on your bank's website first to reflect the changes.

 

Let me guide you through on how to accomplish this:

  1. Select Banking from the left menu.
  2. Select your bank, then click the Edit (pencil) icon.
  3. Click Edit sign-in infoeditbankaccount.PNG
  4. You'll be routed to change your Login (Username) and Password.
  5. Click Save and connecteditbankaccount1.PNG
  6. QBO will connect your bank, once confirm, select I'm done, Let's go!.

For other bank accounts that disappear on your bank feeds, it's possible they've been disconnected. Let's find your financial institution using the URL you used when logging into their website.

 

Here's how to find the right account:

  1. Select Banking from the left menu.
  2. Click Add Account.
  3. Enter the bank's URL and select it from the list. bankurl.PNG
  4. Select the link for the bank's website.
  5. Log into their website.
  6. Once done, log out and continue to add the account in QBO.
