Payroll direct deposit

My payroll client initially gave me the wrong amount amount of one of the two small amounts from his bank account to set up the direct deposit.  When I got the correct amounts from him I was locked out and unable to enter them.  How do I get back in to put the amounts in?

Hi Brit2,


You'll need to contact our Payroll Support to confirm the 2 test debits. This way, you'll be able to enter them in QuickBooks and activate your Direct Deposit.

Let me walk you through how.

  1. Click Help at the top.
  2. Click QuickBooks Desktop Help or press F1.
  3. Click the Contact us link at the bottom.
  4. Click Payroll. Then, Chat with us.
