I'd be glad to help you today so you'll be able to add the account numbers on your Balance Sheet and Income Statement report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

To include the account numbers when running reports in QBO, you must set your QBO company to show account numbers. Let me show you how.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
  3. Click on Advanced at the left pane.
  4. Click on the pencil icon in the Chart of accounts section.
  5. Put a check-mark on Show account numbers.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Done.c7 show numbers.PNG

Once done setting your account to show account numbers, the account numbers will now reflect on the report.
