The users drop down box in the audit log function is showing several vendors instead of just the users. Why is this the case?

Thanks for taking the time to post here in the Community, @jgumbs

I'll share some details about the Users drop-down in the Audit Log.

The Audit Log is a great tool for tracing all of the activities made in the account. It will allow you to review the name of the user who made the change and any original transactions that have been entered.

Just to confirm, do you have related transactions associated with your vendors in the Audit History? If so, this might be the reason you have several vendors listed on the Users drop-down.

You'll have to manually open the transactions related to the vendors by clicking View under the History column. Please see the screenshot to serve as your visual guide.

This will open the Audit History of the transaction. To keep track of the changes made to your account, you can check out this helpful article: How To Use Audit Log

This will get the information you need for today, @jgumbs

I'd be happy to help if you have any other questions. Wishing you and your business continued success.
