Bank Feeds connect QuickBooks Online to your bank and credit card accounts to download transaction information automatically.
Your bank and credit card companies store transaction information about the money going in and out of your accounts.
Instead of manually entering the data, let QuickBooks Online get the information for you.
You can choose whether to add transactions as new items or match them with items you already entered in QuickBooks Online.
After you are connected and the account is configured, QuickBooks Online downloads your bank data automatically, usually each evening.
If you have already connected your bank accounts, you can manually update your accounts.
From the left menu, select Banking.
On the Banking page, select Update.
QuickBooks updates your accounts.
