Bank error 377 usually means QuickBooks can't download transactions. We just need to update the connection with your bank.

Update your online bank connection

  1. Go to Transactions and select Bank transactions (Take me there).
  2. Select the Update Now link from the Let's fix this bank connection banner.
  3. Follow the steps to update the connection—when prompted, sign in to your bank account.
  4. Once connected, QuickBooks can download transactions again.
