Blank Screen

I'm trying to catch up on reconciling a prior year, however when I get to the reconciliation screen there are no transactions to check off.  Not sure what I've done or how to get back on track. Im using desktop pro 2016. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hello there, Desines.

 

I'm here to assist you with the missing transactions when reconciling an account in QuickBooks Desktop.

 

Let's make sure to choose the right account and dates to ensure the transactions will show when reconciling. We can also go to the bank register to see if transactions show with a check mark (reconciled transaction).

 

 

If the problem persists, let's run the Verify/Rebuild Data utility to fix any data issues with your company file.

 

To Verify Data Utility:

  1. Click the File tab at the top menu bar.
  2. Select Utilities.
  3. Click Verify Data.

After verifying data, run a rebuild:

  1. Click the File tab at the top menu bar.
  2. Select the Utilities.
  3. Click Rebuild Data.
