Connecting bank account

I am getting the following error message.  Anyone know what it means and why the word "retreive" is spelled wrong?

 

500
We could not connect to Intuit to retreive information about your bank. We will continue with the information we retreived last time, if it is available.

I've checked our records and didn't see any open investigations regarding this error. This can be a possible connection issue. 

 

I've got you an article with steps to resolve it (Follow solutions 1, 4, and 5): Troubleshoot Online Banking (Mac).
