I can help you transfer the memo from your bank payment to QuickBooks.
Normally, when a bank is synched to QBO, it will automatically add all your transactions under your Banking page with the correct descriptions.
You can always customize the memo fields from your bank statement to QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can also manually create the transaction, then add the memo and match it to the Online Banking data.
Below are the steps on how to customize the memo.
1. Select Banking on the left menu, then click Banking again on the top.
2. Search the transaction you wish to customize, then click it.
3. Enter the information in the Memo field.
4. Click Add.
