Hey there, pdonahue.
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community. I'd be glad to show you how to connect your credit card to QuickBooks Online.
This can be done in just a few steps. Here's how:
1. Click the Banking tab in the left navigation bar.
2. Enter your card company in the search bar, or select the Add account button, then search for the name.
3. Sign in using the credit card account credentials.
4. Complete the security verification steps.
5. Set the account type.
6. Choose Connect.
This article provides additional information on the setup process: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Help-Articles/Connect-and-add-bank-and-credit-card-accounts-....
Once your account is linked to QBO, transactions will download automatically to the For Review section of the Banking page. From here you'll be able to decide which transactions you'd like to include in your register. I've got an article for you that offers details on adding and matching items. You can check it out here: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1773491-how-to-add-and-match-downloaded-banking-transactions.
With this info you'll be able to keep track of your credit card transactions with ease. I'll be here if you have any other questions.
