I use to be able to go under Account & settings, then payments and see payments and deposits made. Now I can't. Why?

You might have an expired QuickBooks Payments account, which is why you're unable to see payments and deposits made under the Payments section. 

 

In this case, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Customer Support team. They can help reactivate your account and verify if there’s anything else that’s causing the transactions not to show up in QuickBooks.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to https://community.intuit.com/browse/payments-contact-us. 
  2. Get the phone number for QuickBooks Online Payments. 

 

This will point you in the right direction, @dabutlercool. Please let me know how it goes after contacting our support team.
