At this time, only the master admin and company admin users can access the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
Our engineers are working their best to have this issue fixed as quickly as they can. As a workaround, I'd suggest accessing your QuickBooks Online using a browser on your mobile phone.
Also, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care team so you'll be listed as one of the affected users. You'll also receive updates about this issue via email.
