We'll need to identify the cause why these bank transactions don't match with your records. From there, let's get it fixed.
Let's use the Find match function to search for these journal entries when matching bank transactions. Here's how:
Go to Banking.
In the For Review page, click on the transaction.
Choose Find match.
From the Show drop-down option, choose journal entries.
Expand the date to a year.
Select the journal entries.
Click on Save.
If you still can't match these transactions, you can manually reconcile these journal entries in your register. Go to the bank register, find the journal entry, and double-click on the blank box to show the "C" letter. It means that it's already been cleared in your bank. Then, go to the Banking page and exclude them.
