I see there is a known issue with AMEX since 1/21/19. I realized today that my business credit card transactions from Bank of America are not updating since 1/21/19. It works fine with checking account.
Are they the same issue?
I reviewed our system and found out that we have an ongoing issue about Bank of America not bringing in transactions. Our engineers are working with your bank's technical support to fix this. I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They can add your profile to the list of affected users and keep you up to date about this.
