When entering bank transactions you can elect to have all fields automatically populate with the data from the last transaction. how do i enable that?

The steps below will help you enable QuickBooks Online's Pre-Fill settings:

 

Enabling Pre-Fill Form Setting

  1. From QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon (⚙) and select Account and Settings.
  2. Navigate to the Advanced tab and click on Automation.
  3. Check the box to Pre-fill forms with previously entered content.
  4. Click Save and then Done.
