Where did my funded eCheck go

It says it was funded on the 16th it's not in my account

You can log in to your Merchant account and check the status of the transaction. Here's how:

  1. Log in to the Merchant Service Center account.
  2. Go to the Activity and Reports section and click Transactions
  3. Enter the date range for the transaction you are searching and click Search.

You can also contact our QuickBooks Payments Department and let them trace the payment with you. They are open from Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 7 PM Pacific Time, and Saturday in between 6 AM to 4 PM Pacific Time.
