Nice to have you in the Community, @kirklandheatair. I'd be delighted to help with your bank transactions. 

 

In these instances, it's often good to start by running a manual update. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Banking tab.
  2. Choose the blue tile at the top of the page for the bank account that you need to update.
  3. Select Update. Should you receive a message about needing to enter additional authentication, please follow the on-screen prompts.
