We can try logging in to your bank's website, angela8.

 

We'll want to make sure that they are not experiencing technical problem or undergoing maintenance.

If everything's working well with the bank's website, let's perform a manual update in QuickBooks Online.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Click the Bank and Credit card drop-down menu, then select the account.
  3. Click the Update button.
