It sounds like you may have a filter applied to the register. Sort the list using the steps below:

 

Removing a Filter

  1. From QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Register you'd been viewing.
  2. Next to the Filter menu (funnel icon) at the top, see if there is text representing an applied Filter. Click the X beside it to remove it.
  3. To list the transactions so the most-recent show first, click the header of the Date ▼ column.
