How do i disconnect an account from an existing bank feed?

Hi there, @bk_2018.

 

Thanks for dropping by the Community. I can help walk you through disconnecting an account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Before we proceed, please take note of the following:

 

  • It stays active in QBO but it'll stop from getting your transactions from your bank.
  • You can reconnect the account later if you wish to.
  • Any transactions in your For Review tab will be deleted and you won't be able to download them into QBO again if they're older than 90 days.

 

To disconnect an account, here's how:

 

1. Go to the Banking menu at the left panel, then click on the Pencil icon on the account you want to disconnect.
2. Select Edit account info on the drop-down.
3. In the Account window, click on Disconnect this account on save to select, then click Save and Close.
