The Profit and Loss report in QuickBooks shows all transactions for income and expense accounts of your company file. Customizing it to show the transactions for each bank isn't possible. However, you can run the Account QuickReport instead.
Let me show you how:
Click on the Lists menu.
Choose Chart of Accounts.
Right-click on the bank account.
You can export the report to Excel and customize it from there by grouping the transactions to income and expense transactions.
