Can you add a section seperate from the line items to descibe the overall job that has been completed?

Thanks for reaching out. Having the relevant information on your sales form gives your customers a better view of the goods and services provided. With QuickBooks Online you can easily add these details directly in the message field or as a file attachment if needed.

Here's how to add test to the memo field:

  1. Select Sales from the left menu
  2. Select Customers
  3. Select the customer you're working with
  4. Select the transaction you want to edit
  5. Scroll down to locate the message field
  6. Type the details as needed
  7. Select Save and close
